Hello everyone! I am Cesar Ortuño, I come from the Manuel Cedeño high school in Caicara del Orinoco and I am currently studying ENG in computer science at UNEG; I am a person with virtues and defects and I try to be better every day to meet each of my goals, in my free time I like to listen to music, play soccer and do exercises.
